    "content": "There is also the issue of the role of Parliament in the Bill we have today. It is true and it has happened. Typographical errors can be dealt with so long as we do not change the form of the Bill or its contents in any way. Hon. Speaker, as you pointed out to us in the morning, this Constitution (Amendment) Bill has typographical errors, but those errors do not kill this document. They can be left if we think we are going to argue for no good reason."
