    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, first of all, I think the Assistant Minister must know that security is a very important issue in this country. The Government has reclaimed so many vehicles as the Assistant Minister has said. Instead of auctioning these four- 16 Wednesday, 7th April, 2010(A) wheel-drive vehicles, could he assure this House that they can be deployed to those areas and be used because they are serviceable and they can be used in areas with that kind of terrain, so that we can improve the security situation in the country? This issue is not only for this area, but most of our police stations do not have serviceable vehicles. Could the Assistant Minister assure us that those vehicles can be used for this purpose?"
