    "content": "Hon. Speaker, several presentations were made. We had presentations from the Sabaot community who unfortunately have no county of their own. They are divided into two counties; Trans Nzoia and Bungoma where, in the two counties, they have been marginalised. The Sabaot sought to be consolidated into one county. The Rt. Hon. Raila Amollo Odinga on several occasions mentioned the need for the Sabaots, Tesos and Kurias, when they raised these objectives to be considered. When you look at this document, it does not address those issues. This Bill totally ignored those sentiments. You cannot marginalise a community and put them in two different counties where they become minorities in both sides. It is unfair. It is historical injustice to the Sabaots, Tesos and Kuria.
