    "content": "I urge that as Senate, please, let us support this. On areas where one thinks that there are issues that need to be addressed, we can still address them in the future. For now, let us support the amendment Bill. As I said, I do not want to keep on talking and saying there are unconstitutional issues because several lawyers looked into that. For anything that would come, there would be people arguing because from their point of view, they are not satisfied with certain issues."
