    "content": "As I conclude, Madam Deputy Speaker, I thank the proponents for ensuring that certain aspects that had not worked in the Constitution of Kenya, 2010, especially regarding marginalized communities and women of this country--- We all know that the two-thirds gender rule did not see the light of day, but that is being dealt with. I thank the people of Kenya for ensuring that our Constitution is flexible enough to continually adapt to the changes we see in our country."
