    "content": "I am truly grateful to the Committee on Justice, Legal Affairs and Human Rights chaired by Sen. Omogeni. I have read their report and saw how they canvassed the issues. I have to thank them because of bringing forth the difficult issues. It is important to bring to the fore the difficult issues so that as leaders, even as we go to speak to our people, then we know how to canvass whatever difficult conversations there may be."
