    "content": "Of course the Committee on Justice, Legal Affairs and Human Rights looked at the process in depth before telling us the nature of this Bill, so that we know as we debate going forward. Now that it is at the technical level, is it one of the Parliament or the public by popular initiative? It is good that their own recommendation and observation is that it is one of a popular initiative in which case we know how we can form our thoughts and minds. We also know the role of Parliament in such a case."
