    "content": "There are other issues that have been brought up which are unconstitutional. Where there are typographical errors, we should go ahead and amend and be done with. On the basis of that, I have expressed my opinion which is the opinion of the people of Kisii and Nyamira counties. I believe we are entitled to that constituency and we should negotiate. We shall not tire until we get it in place. I support this Bill."
