    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for giving me this opportunity to support you in welcoming the youth in this House. This is an essential prerequisite in the world of work because they will have hands on experience on the job. There is nowhere to get the practical aspect of working other than when one is an intern or interacting in the industry. This youth have an opportunity to interact with the industry and get the practical and pragmatic aspects that they cannot get in learning institutions and other areas of learning. It is their time to get practical knowledge, which is important. Knowledge is power when it is shared and utilized. I urge them to make maximum use of their stay here to ensure they have passion for working. They should ask for more work because the more you work the more experience you get. Once you get experience in the world of work, it becomes a seamless way of getting into the industry and eventually perfecting your skills."
