"content": " Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me this opportunity to contribute to this Bill. Indeed, I salute the hon. Member for Naivasha for this forward looking piece of legislation from a Private Member. Indeed, I would have imagined that this is a Bill which the Ministry responsible for youths and sports would have co-sponsored with the hon. Member because of its importance. 26 Wednesday, 7th April, 2010(A) Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, you remember that at one time, there was a military man in Nigeria called âGeneral Murtala Mohammedâ. When he came to power, he had a very clear and clean slogan called âWar Against Indiscipline (WAI)â. The little short he was in power before he was assassinated, he still looked back with nostalgia at Nigeria because he changed the way people lived."
