    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I rise to seek your guidance. On 29th April, 2021, I presented to your office the proposed amendments to the Bill that we are debating today. I rise to request that you give an indication as to when you will give a reasoned ruling on the fate of the proposed amendments. I tabled five proposed amendments. For us to be certain of the direction that you are taking, I request that you give a reasoned ruling on each of the proposed amendment for us to know where we stand on this matter. I thank you."
