    "content": "I appeal to Members - as I said - that we have a decision to make on whether we are going Plenary or Committee. If we approve the Committee way, we just come up with the names. We have seen before that names prejudice people and decisions. Let us first of all agree if it is Plenary or Committee which is why we are proposing to move in this direction. This is not the time we need to say so many words. I appeal to Members that the process of impeachment begins now from the time the Speaker reads the charges and then moves on to how we go about to investigate it."
