    "content": "Lately, there has been a tendency of going the Plenary way because of the Senate not being able to debate the report of the committee, if it says the charges have not been substantiated. So long as we have that in Standing Order No. 75(4) (a), then we will not be able to, as a Senate, do justice to what the committee has done. At the end other day, that is a Senate and not a committee decision. Committees work for the Senate, but it is for the Senate to make a decision."
