Members, having perused the Bill received by the House from the IEBC, which is the Bill that was read a First Time on 4th March, 2021, I have noted that it contains the following typographical and cross-referencing errors: (i) The marginal note to Clause 48 of the Bill refers to Article 189 instead of Article 188 of the Constitution; and (ii) Clause 51 (a) of the Bill does not refer with adequate precision to the specific part of Article 204 of the Constitution that it proposes to amend."
