Thus, according to Standing Order No.43, it would be sub judice to discuss this matter in the House before a ruling is made. Further, I would like to refer the hon. Member to the HANSARD of May, 2009, on Parliamentary Question No.174 by hon. Kioni, where I answered a similar Question."
