Why is the time being extended to 2.00 p.m.? What is wrong? The Speaker said that each and every Member of the 349 Members will speak. Even if you extend the sitting time to 2.00 p.m., I can say without any fear of contradiction that there are more than 150 Members who have not spoken to the Bill. I calculated that there are more than 150 Members who have not spoken. Why deny them a chance to contribute to a very important constitutional moment?"
