    "content": "I support this Bill because it will anchor the NG-CDF and the Ward Development Fund in the Constitution of the Republic of Kenya. If you have a rogue governor in the county who does not want the Ward Development Fund, once we mainstream it in the Bill, he or she will not have an opportunity to remove it. Even though what has been given to the ward representatives is a meagre 5 per cent of all the county government’s revenue in each financial year, I believe that in The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
