As such, we will not have a situation where some people will be eating as others are drooling over their meat. I know that some people have come up to say that we are creating jobs through the expanded Executive. I dare say that the people who are going to occupy those positions are people who will have been already elected and they will be Members of this House. So, what will be enhanced is extra responsibility and not new people occupying new positions. My mind goes back to the words of President Obama, the former president of USA, when he last visited Kenya. He quipped that you cannot have a country where only half of the players are participating. We know that in this country women make up 52 per cent of our population. However, we know that in most of the political leadership decision making positions, they have been left behind. The BBI Bill comes to solve this issue."
