I know there are modes of communication in this House, one of which is the Communication that you also made last week on the ruling and the procedures in this House. However, we have also been having communication from the Office of the Majority Whip, particularly, today, we have received short messages claiming that we converge here by 2.00 p.m. for purposes of voting. I wish to seek your clarification on whether this message is true. If it is true, based on your Ruling that we will be debating this matter until almost all Members are over, what would you advise on this text, Hon. Speaker? I thank you."
