    "content": "Those of you who have read the Constitution and understand it, would immediately understand what I am referring to, that in Article 132 on functions of the President, he is to appoint with the approval of the National assembly, cabinet secretaries, secretary to the cabinet, principal secretaries and the Attorney-General. That has not been touched. That is the truth. If you look at the Constitution, you will see that those provisions in Article 132 have not been touched. We are discussing the Bill and not what is on social media. Let us hear from the Member from Lamu East."
