    "content": "As I support the Bill, I want to remind the House that people are the creators of the IEBC. It should be in charge of elections and boundaries. We have the power given by the people. The people have the sovereign power to say where they want an additional constituency. Therefore, our role in the House is to agree with the people who have the sovereign power. The IEBC is not superior to the power of the people."
