    "content": "We need to see where we have come from. Before we arrived at the BBI arrangement, this country was on the brink of collapsing. Through the handshake by the President and the Right Hon. Raila Odinga this country was made stable. We have realised stability and realised that the handshake is what we really needed. Kenyans have spoken. This process has lasted for almost two years. Through stakeholder engagement, through public participation, through various visits to the villages and counties, Kenyans were able to identify nine thematic areas that they wanted something done, areas that they thought required serious attention. That is how BBI was born."
