The various organs, as we all know, are the House Business Committee, which prioritises the Business to be transacted in the House and, secondly, Mr. Speaker, who has powers, under the Standing Orders, to determine how we will conduct our Business and in what sequence. So, the Rt. Hon. Prime Minister does not have that mandate. With respect to your claim that he is implying that you are addressing a different audience, I understood the Rt. Hon. Prime Minister. That was not meant to impute any improper motive on your part. The Rt. Hon. Prime was only re-emphasising the fact that these proceedings are live and it may very well be that you are aware that you are addressing a larger audience than the House this afternoon."
