"content": "Government to measure whether the public is satisfied with the services they are getting or not. For example, I know that it has been possible to improve service delivery in the Ministry of State for Immigration and Registration of Persons. We know that issuance of passports has now improved substantially as a result of the introduction of performance contracting. Patients at Government clinics, health centres and hospitals also say that the services have improved. Mr. Speaker, Sir, this is an experiment, and we would like to receive any kind of advice that hon. Members may have, so that the Government can improve on this new mechanism for better service delivery to the people of this country. Thank you."
