In the last few months, Kenyans who have been reading newspapers must have noticed that they have been reading a lot of funeral announcements of young Kenyan men and women, who have been dying fighting foreign wars, particularly in Iraq and Afghanistan. I am seeking a Ministerial Statement from the Minister for Foreign Affairs to tell us how many Kenyans have died fighting foreign wars, particularly in Iraq and Afghanistan. What is the Government policy with regard to young Kenyans who are serving in foreign militaries? How many have died?"
