The biggest concern that I would like addressed before we proceed is what happened to the pre-existing court order that Sen. (Dr.) Mwaura had served your office. We will bring a copy of the same court order in the Senate Chamber in the next few minutes. I, therefore, ask that we do not proceed, until the issue is determined."
