    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. On Wednesday last week, we were in the process of voting, under Standing Order No.63 (1) and (2), there were 150 Members present. Under that Standing Order, it does not oblige everybody to vote but they have to record their abstention, if they are in the House. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I requested that under that Standing Order, we be told who actually did not vote and what steps the Chair is taking to ensure the compliance of that Standing Order and whether such Members could be named under Standing Order No.63 (2)."
