    "content": "I thank all Members of this House who voted for the Constitution of Kenya (Amendment) Bill, 2020. I am glad that we have finally entrenched the principle of the vote. I am glad that the over half a million voters of Nairobi City County will no longer be represented by just one person in the Senate. That is a score for me especially considering that additional resources that will go to the counties. It is a truly a historic and good day for this country."
