    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I agree with Chair of the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning that we have these changes in the Calendar. It is a money Bill that does not have a lot of issues. If we do the First Reading, we can have the Bill debated in the Committee and public participation during this recess period. I second the Procedural Motion and ask Members to support to unlock the necessary steps and have this Bill discussed alongside Budget Estimates so that we are able to see the supply and the demand sides concurrently."
