    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for the opportunity to add my voice to this debate. From the outset, I rise to support this Report. I thank my colleagues who have spoken before me and have already lent their support to the Report. That speaks to the agreement and factuality of the Report that the Committee has tabled before the House today. I happen to be a Member of the Committee. From the outset, I remember our stories in 2013 in the 11th Parliament when the public were made to believe that we were not MPs but “M- Pigs”. That word has remained in the public domain. We have been called liars, thieves and all manner of words describing a Member of Parliament. That is the reason why Parliament needs to catch with both hands this opportunity to tell their story on their own. These channels will give us that opportunity. I do not understand the parameters used in the ranking of Members of Parliament that we keep on seeing in the Press."
