    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Government is divesting. This is a policy of the Government for very many years. When shares of the Government in a given parastatal are sold, they are not necessarily meant to support the deficit in the Budget. Some time we use the funds to reduce our domestic borrowing which has a very heavy charge on our funds. It is very expensive money."
