    "content": "THAT, Clause 3 of the Bill be amended− (a) in paragraph (a) by deleting the words “fundraising appeals” and substituting therefor the words “public collections”; (b) in paragraph (b) by deleting the words “fundraising appeals” and substituting therefor the words “public collections”; (c) in paragraph (d) by deleting the words “fundraising appeals” and substituting therefor the words “public collections”; (d) in paragraph (f) by deleting the words “fundraising appeals” and substituting therefor the words “public collections”; (e) in paragraph (g) by deleting the words “fundraising appeals” and substituting therefor the words “public collections”; The sole purpose for this is to align the Bill with the title of the Bill which has been changed from “Public Fundraising Appeals Bill” to “Public Collections Bill”."
