    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I do not know why we align the Bill to the Ministries. I would like to ask the Chairperson to reconsider this one because we do change Ministries more often than the Bill. The Bill is for prosperity and you will find that the Ministry that is now in charge of Labour and Social Protection was once the Ministry of Labour, East Africa Co-operation and so on.
