In the definition of an office, are we talking about a physical office or an office associated with that state officer? That is where the challenge of implementation will arise. It is because, an office is occasionally an office. The position one holds are taken to be as such. But let us give it a try. We will have a rule, probably when we do regulations, to clarify that aspect."
