    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, the Bill be amended by deleting Clause 31 and inserting the following new clause- Notice of non- 31. (1) The National Committee or relevant County Policing compliance. Authority shall, before cancelling the licence under section 30, issue to the applicant a compliance notice in the prescribed form. (2) A compliance notice specified under subsection (1) shall— (a) be in writing; (b) notify the applicant of the non-compliance and the steps required to be taken in order to comply; and (c) inform the applicant of the period within which the applicant is required to comply with the notice. (3) The National Committee or the relevant County Policing Authority may, upon request by an applicant and where there are sufficient grounds, extend the period of compliance for such period as it may consider necessary to ensure compliance."
