    "content": "THAT, the Bill be amended by deleting clause 42 and inserting the following new clause— Storage of records. 42. (1) A public collections manager shall ensure that any records or accounts that the he or she is required to keep under this Part are stored at all times at the address or the registered office or principal place of business of the public collections manager. (2) A public collections manager shall keep and maintain the records or accounts of a public collection for a period of at least three years after the date on which the public collection ends. (3) A public collections manager who fails to keep proper records in accordance with this section commits an offence."
