    "content": "43.(1) Every public collections manager shall submit to the National Committee or the relevant County Policing Authority a summary of the records relating to the public collection conducted by him or her and prepared in terms of this Act within thirty days from the date of the conduct of the public collection. (2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), the National Committee or the relevant County Policing Authority may require a public collections manager to submit to it, such other information, record or document that it may require in order to enable the National Committee or the relevant County Policing Authority to determine whether the public collections manager has complied with the provisions of this Act. (3) A public collections manager shall submit the information or document required under subsection (2) within a period of seven days of such request.
