    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the CDF Act came into operation in 2004. It was again amended in 2007. So, following the amendment in 2007, the CDF was moved from the Ministry of Finance to the Ministry of Planning. So, now it is under the Ministry of Planning. When there is change, you will appreciate that there are hiccups. Hiccups have been there and they are being sorted out. In fact, we are coming up with another amendment to the CDF Act as required by the old CDF Act."
