    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I also rise to join the rest of the Members who have applauded the passing of this Bill. What impresses me most about the Bill is not only the fact that it is regulating the collections that we have previously experienced, but also the level of accountability that we are introducing into our systems of operation. I see an opportunity in this Bill for our young people who have excelled in computer science and ICT to help this country keep record and track the performance of individuals in society in many ways that have not been previously recognised. That is the most impressive part of the Bill."
