    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I also join other Members in commending the House for passing this very important law. As other Members have said, it is important to regulate Harambees in this country, so that we ensure that there is maximum accountability and transparency, and that the good spirit of Harambee is not abused. We have seen a lot of abuse especially in our churches and schools. This particular law will try to streamline this very noble process. Sixty days after the law has been passed, the Committee on Implementation is required by the Standing Orders to ensure that the process of implementation starts. I assure the House, on behalf of my Chair who is not here, that we will take up this matter very seriously, as the Committee on Implementation, to ensure that the law is implemented to the letter."
