    "content": " Hon. Deputy Speaker, I am Hon. Odhiambo Akoth Millie Grace. Thank you for giving me this opportunity and I want to thank Hon. Chepkut for bringing this Petition. I know what Hon. Chachu Ganya has said that has been done by Parliament is commendable, but there is no action we are seeing. We can actually see the very serious impact of climate change. Hon. Deputy Speaker, even though we are seeing the rains now we should have been seeing these heavy rains much more in April than in May.
