Since I know you do not have peculiar interests there, let me get back to the flood which is the natural flood of water. I just want to encourage and ask the Committee to look into what deliberate pragmatic plans the Government has and budgetary allocations for Ogando, Lambwe in my constituency that is now being severely affected. People are losing homes, people are dying because of flooding and it never used to be a serious issue. It is because of climate change. What are we doing in terms of reduction of fish because of impact of climate change?"
