    "content": " Thank you Hon. Deputy Speaker for giving me this chance. The issue of climate change has really affected us; the people who live along the lake. Even today we have floods. For the people who live along the lake, another phenomenon is that the water is coming from the lake into people's homes. Our engineers have even failed to help us because they do not want to listen to locals for solutions. The meanders of the rivers should be drained. The rivers should be dredged because they have silted since the world was created."
