I move that the Assisted Reproductive Technology Bill (National Assembly Bill No. 34 of 2019) be read a Second Time. This is a Bill that seeks to provide for the regulation of assisted reproductive technology, to establish an Assisted Reproductive Technology Authority, to make provision in relation to children born of assisted reproductive technology processes, and for connected purposes."
