    "content": "What about their donation, the banks and consent? At what age should a male be allowed to donate sperms and at what age should a female be allowed to donate an ovum? These are issues which will be addressed in this. After we have done this if children are born, to begin with there will be issues of parenthood. If you get a sperm from one person and ovum from another person and introduce it into another person or couple, whose child is it? As it is now, there is no law that clarifies this. You have to go to court and the courts do not have clear guidance because there is no law."
