    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, we need the law to help us in all these areas. In fact, all the fears, whether they are moral, religious, legal or social, if we do not have the law, are real. Anybody can do anything. For that reason, I support this Bill and call upon my colleagues to support it so that this practice can be done legally within our country. All other issues like tourism are secondary but this law can look into them as well. Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker."
