    "content": "People must start looking at infertility as a joint issue. If people marry and a child does not come out of it, it is a problem of a woman. We must protect women in this country. This is a Bill that will help our mothers and men who rarely talk about infertility in this country. Through our technical working group on this Bill, we saw that there are so many other institutions in this country which address infertility issues. One of them is the Waiting Wombs. There are organisations that help women. Men and women who are unable to conceive share their experiences in the Waiting Wombs Institution in this country. We must regulate and help our people to live dignified lives."
