Speaker, I rise to ask the Judicial Service Commission the following Question: (i) Could the Commission explain why the Judiciary has been operating without a substantive Director of Finance for the last seven (7) years? (ii) Could the Commission explain why the process of recruitment for the said position, which began seven (7) years ago is yet to be completed?
