    "content": "These arrests are abuse and affront to human rights. I know it very well that Hon. Koinange followed the arrests keenly. One person out of the eight was released in Garissa. The Government acknowledged the same. Therefore, the information that our Chairman has given us is contrary to the one that the general public and I have on this matter. These people are still being held in Government institutions, particularly under special arrangements which have been done by security forces. These are agencies which arrest and detain them in military camps and Government facilities for a period which is not allowed by the Constitution. I know this very well."
