    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. As I conclude, I want to state that there is need for justice for everyone. There is need for the judicial department to ensure that they look for innovative ways of ensuring that there is service delivery, not only to families, but everyone in this country, including Persons with Disabilities (PwDs). We have the Visually Impaired (VI), who cannot see. We also have the deaf. There is need to ensure capacity building on the use of Information Technology (IT) to accessing justice."
